    Default How to disable desktop effects from konsole in KDE 5?

    Hi there!

    I have a wine game what needs to have desktop effects off to run at max fps's

    Need to do as always alt + shift + F12 and then run wine blablabla

    It's there a method to disable KDE effects before run wine? and then enable effects at game exit?

    Thanks and sorry for my poor English!

    This should do

    Code:
    $ qdbus org.kde.KWin /Compositor suspend
    $ qdbus org.kde.KWin /Compositor resume
    Alternatively, you could create Kwin rules to suspend compositing when your wine window is open: System Settings > Window Management > Window Rules on the last tab.
