Default Sleep or "do not sleep" corners available? Xfce updates?

    Hi all,

I'm using tumbleweed and Xfce desktop. Generally _very_ satisfied with T-weed, but I have found more than one plug-in missing from the Xfce panel, for example. Is there a settings module to set sleep/screensaver/no-sleep corners availabe? Mint web site refers to one with "hot corners" in its name, but this is not in the standard tumbleweed repos, including packman.

On the same topic, isn't tumbleweed kinda slow for adding stuff, considering it's a "rolling release?" I came here Antergos (Arch-based) and they had a variety of the gtk-3 based Xfce parts that tumbleweed doesn't...or is there a more up-to-date Xfce repo to add?

    thanks and regards

Which repos are you pulling from?

I'm not a XFCE user, but just in case this is helpful to you....

Many thanks for your two replies. I've not subscribed to Factory, just 20170503, packman, Non-Oss and Update.

Query: do you subscribe to Factory yourself? Would you recommend it? I used Arch for years, so am familiar with backing out a change if I need to ;-) but if you do use Factory, do you need to back out much yourself?

But, indeed, even Factory doesn't have all the latest versions, at least not all those described as "development" versions on the Xfce blog:

    https://blog.xfce.org/

for instance Exo 0.11.4 is there, while Xfce Settings 4.13.1 is not. Its absence is not a fatal flaw, certainly, and as I've said I'm very happy with Tumbleweed overall, but Antergos had it already some several weeks ago...I guess different folks define "cutting edge" differently :-)

Again, no worries and many thanks for your replies, I will chase down the other lead you gave me about hot corners...but Xfce + KWin!?!?

    regards
