I am using opensuse leap 42.3 as office desktop, GNU Ring just provide Ubuntu and fedora installation package .
You can try the Fedora package, because is rpm.
Otherwise, you can try here https://software.opensuse.org/package/ring-client-gnome
It’s not a official package, so use by your own risk.
