Thread: clamav command not found

    Default clamav command not found

I have just installed clamav using yast from my user account. From a terminal, using the root account, I updated the virus database using freshclam. That all seemed to work fine. However, when I then wanted to start clamav from the command line, the command was not found. What might be the reason for that?

I am using Gnome Version 3.20.2 on OpenSuse Leap 42.2 64-bit.

Oops....the reason is because the command is NOT clamav but clamscan.
