I have tried starting Thunderbird in safe mode and same result, it freezes for over a minute then its fine from then on. I also tried starting it form the command line and nothing there of any interest. One time i got: a ‘script may have stopped’ message but only 1 time. Is anyone else seeing this? This is a fresh install of 42.2 and I’m running kde desktop. I have a local (internal cron and such) mail account, comcast and 1and1 email accounts, comcast has maybe 25 folders. I have compacted every inbox just in case that was it.
