    Thanks for pointing out my error in the code flags.But that still doesn;t tell me how to set screen size. I suppose I could revert to 42.1, but it seems a pity when everything else seems to be working.All that's left is to find drivers for my epson printer, and getting a decent size of display.

    Did you have fglrx driver installed previous?? If so remove it it will no longer work
