Default WPS Office, opening from smb:// shares

    Leap 42.1 | wps-office-10.1.0.5672-1.a21.x86_64

    Hey, Hi,

Here just wondering if anyone came across a problem opening files from smb:// shares.

While opening from the terminal wps smb://blahblah I get ....is not a valid file

When I replace wps with Libreoffice it opens just fine :/,
I also can't see the shares in places when you go to save a file but i can in Libreoffice

FYI I used to be able 2 weeks ago,

I'v completed multiple re-installations of the .rpm file.

Just looking for a bit of info,
I'v put this on WPS community also.

    Cheers,
    Ian H

Hi, I've got to ask a stupid question; is mounting the smb share locally an option? You could create something like /mnt/windows and then just open the files directly with WPS office.
