I’m not quite sure when it started happening, but it seems that at some point in time, my google-chrome stopped working properly when using google maps. It definitely was working, and was not like this before. All street and key building names are all fudged.

Any clues on where to start on?
Anyone? It’s happening again since my fresh-install
Have a look in systemsettings at the GTK settings.
GTK style has gone missing in the desktop settings, also if I try to launch the settings manually I get an error:
“KDEInit could not launch ‘kcmshell’; could not find ‘kcmshell’ executable.”
I could use some help fixing this.
I haven’t updated in a while, I don’t know what would’ve removed the GTK settings.
They should be there, both in KDE4 and in Plasma5. Please show output of
zypper lr -d
the repos have been disabled since the point I deemed everything is stable. I am stick with with 13.2 KDE

I can’t really comment on 13.2 as I am Leap 42.2
However, your repo list is extravagant and confusing to say the least
Turning off repos that provide security updates is not wise if you are online (one assumes you are as you are posting here).
I have never had any trouble with GMaps and I do use it regularly and have done for some years.
Did you mention what GPU is being used and driver?
The GPU is Intel Integrated 3000.
I will temporally turn on some repos on recommendations to fix the broken parts. After testing LEAP 42.1 I decided to hold onto OpenSUSE 13.2 until December then switch over to CENTOS. I was 100% against the plasma5 environment.
