burn dvd applications linux and mswin, KDE, MSWIN10

I’m learning for a friend and myself how to digitize VCR tapes and burn them on dvd with menus and backgrounds.

For hardware, I and they use Easy Capture(vcr white, red, and yellow → USB). MSWIN uses the CD that came with for the software for stream capture. For opensuse Linux, I think I need to use the easy cap driver then use vlc to capture the stream. It’s set to “highest quality” and “720x480”, highest settings to MP2 video format. For MSWIN and linux, we both use AVIDEMUX for video editing.

I keep running across crippleware for mswin dvd burning in source forge and download dot com. I need a utility for both mswin and linux. So, I can learn it in linux. Then teach them how to use it in MSWIN. What utility can I use?

FYI, sometimes I find the right utility right after I post a message, but not until then. Don’t ask me why…

DVD Styler. Excellent quality. Lots of great features.
