That card isn't supported, nor is the fglrx driver in Xorg in Tumbleweed, so you will only be able to use the radeon driver.

So what Xorg version and kernel in use in Kub*, that may be the issue, Xorg 1.18 and 4.7 kernel in Tumbleweed.....

Had a look at the tarball, it's all deb files, ask AMD to provide a rpm version....
