I need to install brackets, which is available in the OpenSUSE repos, but it requires libgcrypt.so.11()(64bit) which i cannot find anywhere. Any help would be much appreciated.

Not an official openSUSE repo, but a home version built not from the source but a deb (aka binary blob), there is an explicit requires on version 11 which is way behind. It needs to be built properly from the source…
It is not available in the standard openSUSE repos, and that’s the whole reason why it needs a different libgcrypt than is included in the distribution.
libgcrypt11 is available here:

At least home:awissu has brackets too, so you should just add his repo and install brackets from there, that would pull in libgcrypt11 automatically too.

Alternatively, add the repo manually as described on the latter page, and install brackets with YaST or zypper.
It’s usually not really recommendable to install packages and the libraries they need from different repos anyway, as that can lead to problems.
