    Hi
    If you have used insync before, then you have an account and can
    download the openSUSE rpm (well a fedora rpm which should work).

    Else commandline: https://github.com/odeke-em/drive

    I'm using Insync on Tumbleweed and I'm very satisfied with it, FWIW.

    Hi
    Download the rpm version, then opena terminal windows and as root user;
    Code:
    zypper in <full_name_of_rpm.rpm>
    For example for google earth;
    Code:
    su -
    cd /home/<username>/Downloads
    zypper in google-earth-stable_current_x86_64.rpm
    exit

    Then the command would be:
    Code:
    zypper in https://github.com/odeke-em/drive
    After the program was installed or need to do something else?
    I'm using opensuse kde leap

    Hi
    That's not the sync program you referred to (I'm being intentionally vague because it's a commercial program), the above link is program called 'drive' a commandline tool only.

    If you want to use the commandline tool, you need to do a few things;

    First install the needed packages to build (all done from a terminal;

    Code:
    su -
    zypper in go mercurial git hg-git
    exit
    {so your back as your user}
    mkdir -p ~/go
    export GOPATH=$HOME/go
    export PATH=$PATH:$GOPATH/bin
    go get github.com/odeke-em/drive/cmd/drive
    $GOPATH/bin/drive init
    At the above point you need to copy/paste the authorization code, then;

    Code:
    $GOPATH/bin/drive about
    $GOPATH/bin/drive
    If all ok, then I would just copy the built app to ~/bin;
    Code:
    cp $GOPATH/bin/drive ~/bin/drive
    Then you can open a terminal and run command and options as required since it's not a GUI program.

    I did not want the command line, wanted the graphic InSync.
    I went on InSync page and downloaded the rpm for fedora and used the command:
    Code:
    sudo zypper in InSync-1.3.8.36087-fc21.x86_64.rpm
    There was a problem installing insync.rpm:
    Code:
    Problem: no one provides glibc> = 2.20 is needed to InSync-1.3.8.36087-fc21.x86_64
      Solution 1: Do not install InSync-1.3.8.36087-fc21.x86_64
      Solution 2: InSync break-1.3.8.36087-fc21.x86_64 ignoring some of its dependencies
    How do I fix?
    Thank you

    Hi
    Is there an earlier version available to download? openSUSE Leap glibc is 2.19.

    The installation was a success, I downloaded a previous version of InSync for fedora and the problem disappeared.
    Thanks for the support, had already given up on having my files synchronized on my suse.
    Thank you all.
