File name with CJK characters shown incorrectly

Recently I'm running openSUSE Leap 42.1 in docker which pulled from dockerhub. I found it shows CJK file name in Question marks, like: ????????.png

I tried every methods, including:
1. Change env LANG and LC_CYPTE.
2. Install CJK fonts.
3. Verify /etc/sysconfig/language, it's same with the host, which doesn't have the problem.

I cat some files which contain UTF8 characters, they don't have problem. Only the file name is abnormal. I doubt this problem result some of my applications can not find the correct path.

Any one have the idea? Do I need to install some additional packages? Thanks!

Although I have no experience in this,
1. Support for some font packages may be Desktop specific, so whether you intend to actually use a Desktop in docker or not, you <may> need to install a Desktop for certain solutions to work.
