    Thank you very much for your excellent comments and impeccability
    I had to copy the folder (/etc/zypp)and after new install opensuse I replaced the folder (etc/zypp)
    But,with description of you , I fix problem
    Dual-boot openSUSE and win10
    OpenSUSE Tumbleweed ; Plasma 5.15.x:" LVM encrypted"
    My Partition: GPT and UEFI system
    Hp ProBook 450 G1

    i runing live media ubuntu for resize lvm encrypt
    i want resize lvm/system/root
    i have 15.20 unallocated into lvm encrypted


    my partition lvm
    home and root formats is ext4

    how to add 15.20 unallocated in logical volume system/root?

    my home partition is 30.20G i resized to 15G
    now i have 15.20G unallocated into lvm encrypted
    i want to resize system root
    Its original size 15G and 15.20 to be added. its size 15G to 30.20G

    I could fix the problem by software kvpm
    but I can't found app kvpm for opensuse

    how to resize root partition opensuse without live cd?
    Can do resized root partition by mode the rescue system? Or only with other live CD distribution is possible.

    You can not modify a mounted filesystem must be done externally

    You can use the rescue system, but only if it already has software that you want to use. You are probably better off with a live boot from another system (or perhaps Tumbleweed).
