Default Restricting a nice level for a user

    Hello,
    I use os 11.1.

    I wonder if its possible

1/ to set a default system nice level for a newly started user
    applications
2/ to set different default nice levels for different users
3/ to restrict a user from starting applications with nice levels lower
    than VALUE?

Thanks and I appreciate your time,
    SDA

I've never heard of a way (or need, really) to do this but it appears
that processes inherit nice values from their parent processes, so you
could perhaps work out a way to set nice values of a user's shell (when
they login) to be at the certain value. Maybe PAM has some magic for
this, or if not perhaps you could add some feature there. Anyway it's a
    wild thought.

    Good luck.
