Default Help me with th mess I made in KDE 4

I have made a mess from which I don' t know how to get out
    (kde 4.2 rc1)

    pic:

What I did actually... I have dual monitor on work, so I moved a panel
to the right monitor, then added one more above.

So, I wanted to separate shortcut icons with the taskbar... well, I
succeeded. Taskbar is on panel below, and everything else is above.

Problem 1: (you see the mess)
    ----------------------------------
    1. I can't move widgets through panel
    2. widgets has some large width and I can move the contents but it
always appears on middle. I wish to set width of each widget on the
panel and place them where I want
    3. I can't move shortcut icons around the panel. I want to change their
prosition. There is just not move option.

    Problem 2:
    ----------
There are some shortcuts I want to put, but program is not in menu
(just binary... Flock, Eclipse for example).
I can't add link to the panel, nor change it's icon because is not with
    ".desktop" extension.

How to make links to change their icons so I can add them to panels? It
is awkward to make a folder view just to add some shortcuts where I cant
    even change icon...

If I remember anything else, I will ask

    Thanks!

As far as I can tell, if you want to change the icon then I believe an
icon named the same as the application has to be in the
usr/share/pixmaps directory. ie for eclipse you would make sure there's
a image file in the /usr/share/pixmaps directory called eclipse.png.

    @Silenuz
No it is not the question where is the icon. Problem is that I can't
change it. I do not use eclipse from repository, but binary, folder just
unpacked (job requirement - suse version doesn't work properly for my
    needs).

@Ramcek, I didn't asked for the bug list, but thanks anyways.

Not sure what happened to prevent moving icons on the panel, but I'd
recommend resetting your plasma configuration and starting from scratch.
If you delete .kde4/share/config, it will reset everything to default.

To get those applications on the panel, try adding them to the kmenu
using the menu editor (right click on the menu to get to it), then from
the menu, either drag and drop to the panel or right click and select
    add to panel.

Edit: Probably a silly question, but just to be sure, you do know that
to move widgets on the kde4 panel, you have to go into panel edit mode
    first?

Yea, discovered it. However, there is a bug (and I posted it on KDE).
You can place widgets as you said, but you can't alter their size. So
now I have well-organized, but funny-looking system tray which is 70% of
panel, having icons in the middle (center-aligned)
