    Hi
is this in the the konsole window?

Sorry newbie to installing - not using?

i have a .jar file on the desktop.

I have seen a rpm on some sites but not on the site of the writer of jbidwatcher.

    Further advice would be appreciated.

Like what to do from the .jar file on the desktop?

    Thanks

Start with the same command from Konsole. and include the patch.
    Code:
    java -jar /home/<userName>/Desktop/hereIsMyJarFile.jar
ps.: it's available from packman (as google01103 posted above): 1.0.2-0.pm.1 openSUSE 11.1 noarch. If you have some problems install it with YaST.

If I download the rpm what do i do with it?

    Thanks

If you want to install it from rpm you don't need to download it directly.
Add the packman package repository to your repo managger, described here: Add Package Repositories to YaST - openSUSE.
Here are the package repositories:Additional YaST Package Repositories - openSUSE. Choose the closest server and the right opensuse version.
    Good luck.

Yeah, it's OK accept it, otherwise you can't install.
