Routing internet through Ad-hoc

Is there a way I could route my broadband internet connection through my
laptop’s Wireless module…so that I can share the connection with my
mobile??
I’m talking about an ad-hoc connection between my PC & mobile
And to share the internet connection…
This can be done in Windows by creating an ad-hoc connection between 2
devices and enabling the Internet connection sharing.

Can we do this in Linux?? I’m running openSUSE 11.1

Hi Satish
It may be better to ask this over in the network-internet forum. I’m
guessing bluetooth and PAND is what you need to look at. Have a google
and look at the bluez manuals for PAND.
