Default xmodmap doesn't work for gtk apps

    Hi,

I'm new to OpenSuSE. I've just installed it on my macbook and works
fine. I map the apple keys with xmodmap but these mapped key doesn't
    work under gtk's application (I'm running kde 3.5.10). So I can't have
    the @ or | or... under firefox,gimp,...

    If you have any ideas...

    Thanks a lot.

I've found how to fix it. SO for those who are interested:

    My .Xmodmap:

    clear mod4
    keycode 108 = Delete
    keycode 116 = ISO_Level3_Shift

    I just added clear mod4
