Apply own color scheme to KDE applications

The other day i did a own color scheme to my system.
It did apply to the whole system but not to some of the KDE
applications
like Amarok/K3b it still has the KDE default colors (its still white
and blue colors) and not the color scheme i use now which is black
bottom with green text.

Is there a way to make my own color scheme to the KDE applications?
How do i do that? Im using KDE 4 openSUSE 11.1 x64.

I suppose you’re using KDE3 version of Amarok and K3b.

You cannot apply color scheme to KDE3 apps using KDE4 appearance
settings.

The solution is to install “kdebase3”.

Once installed run “kcontrol” to launch KDE3 control center.

Go to “Appearance & Themes” → “Colors” and choose a color theme
identical to your KDE4 setting.
