Default App to do video capture of screen?

Is there any software in OpenSUSE/KDE 4.1.x or for Linux at all that
allows you to do a video capture of the screen and your mouse actions? I
want to do a tutorial for using an application by doing video capture of
my usage of the application. How would I do that?

xvidcap is another choice, works under both gnome and kde.
