Thread: Digikam - How to change color theme

  1. #1

Question Digikam - How to change color theme

Digikam 4.14.0. Looking at Settings ... Themes ... the only choices I see are "Default" and three openSUSE titled styles. All of them involve use of extra colour, which is undesirable when editing photos.

I have many Colour Schemes available for my Desktop listed in System Settings - including the three openSUSE schemes that Digikam shows.

How can I select one of the other colour schemes for Digikam?

Digikam is a KDE4 application, so it uses KDE4's color schemes.

Install kdebase4-workspace-addons for KDE4's systemsettings application, the colors config module and the additional color schemes. kdeartwork4-colorschemes contains some too.
