    Dear friends:
I install the cgal library by "one click install", but it gives me information
    "installation was only partially successful"

    And which one exactly?

Why don't you just install the one included in the distribution?
E.g. open YaST->Software Management and search for it.

But, the library should be installed automatically when you install a package that needs it. There normally should not be a need to install it manually.
Or are you talking about the -devel package?

    but it gives me information
    "installation was only partially successful"
    Nothing more?
Maybe you tried to install the src package? That's what's called cgal, the library itself is called libCGAL10 or similar.
You cannot install src packages though, at least not that way.
