    Default Wrong timesync in KDE

    Hi!
I run OpenSUSE 13.2 64bits KDE on en laptop.

I try to adjust clock (Taskbar) but it want. In Adjust Time/Date it is set to use automatic time and show the right time, but it seems it want set the right timezone. Now the clock is 1 hour wrong. I try to use CET, but it seems to stuck in UTC.

    Is this a bug?

Dual booting with Windows? In Windows it default to thinking the hardware clock is set to local time. That can lead to problem like you see

Set the time in Yast first the desktop is personal because Linux is multi user and different uses may be in different time zones. So there is hardware clock time system time and personal time. Linux assumes the hardware clock is set to UTC
