Can you give us more information of what are you doing when the errors has occurred? Do you have updated any packages recently?
By the errror that you have posted it seems that you have reached the maximum number of clients allowed by the X server. You can install the xlsclients package to see the running clients.

I switched to IceWM, IceWM doesn't have this problem.
Is it problem KDE only?

It's a (KDE) service that converts old-style XEmbed system tray icons to new style SNI ones.
And it is necessary to have old-style system tray icons show up at all in Plasma5.
That said, for some reason Tumbleweed still contains a very old version that has two bugs in particular:
- it doesn't disable session management, so the previously running instance gets restarted on login in addition to a new, auto-started, one
- it doesn't check whether it (or another old-style system tray implementation) is already running, and starts anyway, so you can get thousands of processes running over time
Especially with the nvidia driver, it might take huge amounts of RAM then.
And in your case it seems that you are not able to run any graphical application any more because the maximum number of X applications is reached...
This has been fixed two months ago, but an update wasn't submitted to Tumbleweed apparently. It should be fixed in Plasma 5.5 though.
Just kill all instances of xembedsniproxy and logout/login, and the problem should be "solved".
To prevent it from happening again, you basically have two options:
- exclude xembedsniproxy from session management by entering it in the corresponding text field in "Configure Desktop" (systemsettings5)->Startup and Shutdown->Session Management
- install the latest version from KDE:Frameworks5

Just a heads-up, although you probably noticed anyway:
Plasma 5.5.1 is available in the Tumbleweed standard repos now since a few days, which includes the latest version of xembed-sni-proxy.
So you don't need the additional package anymore and if you installed it, it should get removed if you update your system, which is nothing you have to worry about...
If you actually added "xembedsniproxy" to the exclude list in the session management settings, you can remove it now.
