The nvidia driver reports 3 digital ports (DFP-0, DFP-1, DFP-2).
Your display is connected to the 2nd one (DFP-1), the other two are probably your DVI ports, but apparently the driver does not distinguish them at all.
This probably explains why your "audio device" is labelled HDMI2 (the 2nd HDMI port) by the software.

I would suppose all 3 ports are fully capable of HDMI internally, but two only have a DVI connector physically (which is a subset of HDMI). The software cannot know that though.
Thanks, that makes it much more clear. I can't get the sound card to work, but I have sound on monitor speakers now. I can play music now.

I updated opensuse and Sound(HDM2 channel) is silent again. I tried the HDM1 channel through the configure desktop. It didn't work either.

I can't get my sound card working. Monitor speakers are working, but sound is working. Nothing more to I can do. So, this topic is closed.
