I am unable to create new widgets that link to applications. When I open Desktop in Dolphin and right click to create a link, I get an error message because the program is looking from the file Program.desktop in
:/kio5/newfile-templates/.source
which does exist. Is there something that I have to download to fix this problem?

Right click at free space -> Create new -> Link to application

After that the Dolpin window closes.
If I run dolphin4, the older version, then it works.
