    Default Taskmanager configuration backup

    Hello.

    I am running KDE4.
Is there a way to store the configuration of the taskmanager panel (the panel where there is all the kickstart icons, apps running, system icons, date and time).
I would like to store the config for reuse or restore previous config.
    Thanks for helping. JCD

You could use activities. Each activity can have it's own configuration and could be used as a start point for other activities

You could try making backups of:

    /home/[your user name]/.kde4/share/config/plasma-desktop-appletsrc

Simply copy your backup of this file over the original when you need to restore. I think this will solve most of your quest.
