Hi, i`m Linux Mint User, but I realy want to try openSUSE leap but I want to make LIve DVD or LIVE USB, how can I make a LIVE USB (DVD) ? To try it ?

Hmmm good question since there is not to be any official Live versions.
You can use Suse studio to build any arbitrary openSUSE based distro you want. Don’t know if any one has built any yet to be live???

SUSE Studio would be the easiest way to do this.

You have to sign in, and then you can create one that has whatever you
want in it.
A live ISO is one of the targets you can build to. Just select the
software you want, click “Build”, and download the ISO.

- I look in Studio have openSUSE Leap 42.1 but with only KDE 4, Gnome I want to be with new KDE Plasma ?
Can I select it ?
There is no KDE4 in Leap.
The description of the template is wrong.
If you select it you should get the new KDE Plasma 5.
