Question Encrypt file from Dolphin? Kgpg problem?

OK with 13.1 I could right select with my mouse on a file and select to encrypt the file.
On Tumbleweed this is missing? I looked in desktop settings for Kgpg but there is nothing.
gpg is running because I can decrypt files just fine.
If I try and launch Kgpg I get a bouncing icon briefly but the application never opens.
How do I add encrypt file to the mouse right select menu in Dolphin?

How do I manage my gpg keys in Tumbleweed?
This was Tumbleweed from a clean install and I'm up to date.
At one point I was able to import my old keys at least. I've slept a bunch since then.
Now I can't seem to mange the keys even anymore since Kgpg will not launch.

Maybe it does open, but you didn't see it.

When I try that here (with 13.2), it turns out that kgpg is in the tray. Okay, it's a hidden tray entry. I have to click that little triangle above the tray to see it. Note that you can configure the tray to always show it (not hide it).

Yea I found it. It's active.

Now how do you get Dolphin to give a encrypt file dialog? That's the question I still have.. You can't seem to configure that action.

I don't really know, as I'm a command line kind of person.

However, using Dolphin, I right-clicked on a file, and moved the mouse pointer to "Actions". There, I saw "Encrypt file" twice. The first of those seemed use the kgpg icon, and the second seemed to use the Kleopatra icon. I did not continue to actually try encrypting. And note that this was with 13.2.

There are no "Actions" in that menu.
