Default Latest patches break LibreOffice and Firefox/Thunderbird

Just ran an update of recommended packages which included a LibreOffice update. Got a message about one of the LibreOffice packages not being installed.
Ignored and used zypper to search, it showed the package installed. I then tried zypper to update, and kept getting errors that all of the LibreOffice packages were not installed.

Ran "zypper clean", "zypper ref" and "zypper up". Still got the errors.
Ran "zypper rm xxx", and uninstalled each libreoffice package "zypper se libreoffice" showed. In each case I got the same error about the package not being installed, and ignored it. Once zypper se showed no packages installed, I re-ran "zypper in -f libreoffice MozillaFirefox MozillaThunderbird", which re-installed the packages. They now appear to be running.

Has anyone seen this? Should I open a bug report?

Repo list? "zypper lr --details", please, in a code tags block.

By the way, "zypper up" doesn't pull only patches, it pulls updates as well.

You have the install; media still set as a active repo. There is nothing there you want any more most of it has been patched or updated. It may be confusing things disable it. repo 5 in your list.

Well, your list is correct, there are no unexpected places. I've seen
some packaging problems with LO in at least one of the extra repos for
13.1, but you are not using them.

I don't have 13.2 working, so I can't compare and verify your situation.

You will have to paste a complete sequence showing the errors you get.

Fixed it by forcing rm and in.

It can not confuse yast or zypper at all, besides it not being available when you start the packager manager. Me, I point it to the ISO image on disk, so I have it permanently available on all my installs.

    Code:

    > 3 | ISO_image_of_13.1 | ISO image of 13.1 | Yes | No | 99 | yast2 | iso:///?iso=openSUSE-13.1-DVD-x86_64.iso&url=file:///data/storage_b/Isos/isos_13.1/ |
