Default How to create custom menus

    Hello all,

I am looking for a way to customise menus in KDE4. Opensuse 13.1.
For use by certain users which could be updated from a single point.
The menus could be refreshed at login for instance from a single source.

Any idea on where I might begin.

As you can read at the top of every page in this subforum:
Please don't ask product questions here
    And is further explained by
This forum is NOT for asking questions, but contains submissions to be reviewed and potentially moved to the How To/FAQ area. ......
So this is clearly in the wrong place. Will be moved to Applications and is CLOSED for the moment.

I've never used this, but I know it's out there: kiosktool

    Also,
KDE has a very easy to use menu editing tool.
Seems to me that once you create the menu edit, it can be simply copied to any other machine running the same version KDE and Users could use it.
