I have four servers two (in DMZ) that my network staff will open to allow zypper to grab updates and two that are behind two firewalls that they will not. Is there a way to update the two front end servers and then push the updates to the backend servers ?
I’d put a locale repo and do an rsync with the main repos you need to updates from So one of you machines would do a rsync (only changes downloaded) and the other machines would install from that local version. Note that the first download is a monster since all gets downloaded but after only changed or new files come down.
