Kompozer has been an abandoned project for 5 years already, the reason it isn't up for 13.2 is because it's blocked and won't compile in the OBS: https://build.opensuse.org/project/m...=0&succeeded=0

I would have suggested Bluegriffon but that doesn't seem be available for 13.2 either as it fails to compile. Oh well

Well, ask/tell the people who package it...

You could try to install the 13.1 or Tumbleweed version.

Or download and install the fedora rpm from here:
    http://olea.org/paquetes-rpm/repoview/kompozer.html
You'll have to ignore the dependencies though, so use something like this:
    Code:
    sudo rpm -i --nodeps http://olea.org/paquetes-rpm/fedora-13/kompozer-0.8-0.5.b3.fc13.x86_64.rpm
Seems to work fine, you should have Firefox installed though apparently...

What kind of building are you looking at? Design (gui)? Custom programming (PHP, MySQL, etc.)? CMS framework (Drupal? Wordpress? Joomla?).

I'm working on a custom PHP site for auction registration and bidder's cashing out currently. I am using Netbeans (HTML5 & PHP) and Xampp for development, including the Chromium Netbeans plugin.

There is no gui designer component, but with the Chrome/Chromium extension when I save the .php file, the browser automatically refreshes.

To tweak the visual aspect, I usually use Firefox's web development tools. There I can see what CSS is active against any element on the page, turn them off and on and even add/edit styles and see how it looks in the browser before I have to save anything.

    why not install seamonkey
    https://software.opensuse.org/package/seamonkey
Kompozer and Bluegriffon are forks from the old seamonkey's (version 1.0) build-in html editor
and unlike those seamonkey is still a live project

As Kompozer is not available anymore, try Bluefish instead. Or Bluegriffon, SeaMonkey Composer, KDevelop with PHP plugin, ... It depends what you wish...
