How do I install the Unreal Engine 4 Tech demos.

All the instructions that I’ve found have been for Windows;

-http://www.extremetech.com/gaming/181608-download-and-run-the-unreal-engine-4-elemental-benchmark-demo-on-your-pc
-http://www.benoitdereau.com/unrealparis.html

Also, even if I do find them, how would I run them/install them?

Hi
If they are not native linux applications or run on steam for linux,
then look at codeweavers crossover games and see if they work on that.
There is a trial version but is a more refined version of wine with
installer tools.

Thanks for the hints. I figured out through some knowledge, that you and the community taught me, that all I had to do was extract my downloaded files to my /home/ folder and then find the .exe files. Once I found them all I had to do was double click, and the tech demos would pop right up. I’ll be posting a new thread in the hardware section regarding my video cards because the tech demos (all three) render wrong colors and weird shades of yellow/green. Anyway, thanks for the input. rotfl!

FYI, CodeWeavers no longer offers the “games” package separately - it’s
been rolled into the main CrossOver product, as I recall (I am licensed
for it, and remember asking about games support and ISTR that was the
answer I got)
