Thread: Virtualbox installation problems

  1. #1

    Default Virtualbox installation problems

I've installed the new openSUSE 13.2 today and wanted to use virtualbox again but after the installation with yast2 it doesn't seem to work. Seems like it didn't install properly, that's the message I get
    Code:
    micha@linux-58z1:~> virtualbox
If 'virtualbox' is not a typo you can use command-not-found to lookup the package that contains it, like this:
        cnf virtualbox
I used virtual box on the earlier openSUSE version and I'm still using the old home directory, may be it can cause some problems?

I've already added the group vboxusers to my account.

As I already wrote in your german thread, it is spelt "VirtualBox".
And make sure that you have virtualbox-qt installed, not vboxgtk.

No. At least definitely not _this_ problem.
