I cannot find the help package for the latest libreoffice in tumbleweed so I downloaded the en-US help package from libreoffice website and it installed into /opt.
I created a link to the original folder
ls -l /usr/lib64/libreoffice/
shows
…
help → /opt/libreoffice4.4/help
…
and under that is the en-US subfolder containing the help files. However, invoking help in any of the apps will open browser to the online help page.
