Default Installing HTTPS cert for use by Chrome (or Firefox)

Trying to install self-signed certificates from a Raspberry Pi (owncloud) install on an Openuse 13.2 x64 box.
Is there any way to do this that doesn't involve "black magic"?
I run to the site, and Chrome gives me an option to view/export, but then can't figure out how to import.
    Thanks.

You need to specify the browser app.
For the following Desktop browsers, you can find the "Import" button in the following places
    If in Chrome,
    Settings > Advanced Settings > HTML/SSL
    If in FF
Preferences > Advanced > Certificates tab > View Certificates
