Suggestions on Desktop enviroment for convertable tablet

Have a Yoga 11s with the latest opensuse installed with KDE 4 Plasma
Not having any issues, but it is not the user friendly in tablet mode.

Due to small icons and such.

Any suggestions on something that looks similair to android tablet?

Well, GNOME has some elements that are intended for tablet use, maybe
give that a try.

You’d have to be specific and detailed about what you find “unfriendly”

So, for instance since you mentioned small icons…
You might try changing your resolution or theme. You should have “large icon” theme choices by default.

You might also verify your installation has installed the touchscreen packages if you experience any touch issues.

I switched from KDE to Gnome.
I think my repositries are now a mess, but GNOME is working.

I still cannot be 100% tablet mode.

When I first boot the OpenSuse screen requires a password, the onboard keyboard does not activate until after this password.

But the overall use of Gnome is much better in tablet mode.
