Default How can I change YaST icon schemes

After I updated to openSUSE 13.2, the default icon scheme has switched from oxygen to hicolor scheme. Is there anyway to change this icon shceme? I tried "kdesu systemsettings" but doesn't help.

Icons are local user choices so you should not run anything that changes local as root. If you want to change root users settings you must be root totally. I don't think kdesu does a total change to root like su - , the environment may not be totally root more like su with out the dash. If it were me I 'd break the rule "never log into a GUI as root" and make the change there. But if you do don't mess with anything in /home while in that root GUI. Inadvertent ownership change can happen which can cause a normal user GUI log in to fail. You have been warned
