Very strange thing was noticed when I listed processes which holds usb disk from unmounting - it was hold by “kgpg -e” process and the process was targeted to file that I recently deleted.
I had never use kgpg or even made initial key configuration for it. Cold you please advise a preferable suspicion on the matter?

Perhaps a mis-keying (or mis-mousing or something).
You should be able to kill that kgpg process and then unmount. Or reboot.

Was the file named something ending in gpg or pgp?

I do not have pgp key and deleted file was avi. What could spawn kgpg with “e” option to deleted file in freshly started kde session? Im paranoid about crypto programs that run out of my control.

For me, “kgpg” doesn’t start unless I start it.
If your freshly started kde session was freshly started by logout then login, it is possible that this is a left-over from an earlier login. But that wouldn’t happen on the first session since boot.
