Looks like a similar problem to what has been fixed in the Technical Help Forums this past weekend
This past weekend it looked like there were several changes pushed to many websites across the openSUSE domain, including a CSS and some security issues.
Although it’s now possible to POST a new thread or edit a post in the Technical Help Forums,
It looks like a variation of the problem still exists when editing a Wiki page
So, if anyone were to edit their wiki at http://en.opensuse.org/User:<username>
You’ll find that you won’t be able to leave the edit page and the change is not accepted. The error that displays on the page is Sorry! We could not process your edit due to a loss of session data. Please try again. If it still does not work, try logging out and logging back in.
I couldn’t find the Wiki related forums that existed awhile back and the Wiki support links to a generalized “post to forums, mail lists or IRC”
If this isn’t the right forum, I guess I can submit a bug at bugzilla.opensuse.org but I don’t know if that or here would be the better place.

Thanks for reporting it -probably the best thing to do is e-mail admin@opensuse.org with a report so the folks responsible for the wiki
can look into it.
