    So you expect MS to keep up with Linux envelopment LOL

    I think that version is the latest and should work but you can also get it here but I assume it is the same version MS but maybe better packaged

    Note I just used the search page to find this . Also this is the problem with propritary software. you are at the mercy of the owners.

    search page => http://software.opensuse.org/search

    Should book mark that

    I can confirm that the latest 32-bit openSUSE-specific Skype package install downloadable from Skype's own website works
    perfectly well on openSUSE 13.2_x86_64. It also plays nice with Pulseaudio. Why the openSUSE package has only ever been
    available for a 32-bit architecture I don't know, but it's not exactly high-performance software so no-one should really
    care.

    AFAIK MS and Skype before it simply never built a 64 bit package. Remember when you use Skype you are at MS's mercy.

    Hrrpffss.*****Yes only 32-bit so fare. I have sins several years (before) MS save a lot of money. Using a dual-phone directly on my home net acting as is own node for IP-trafic.
