Default command line application for mp3 output to specific (non-default) soundcard

I want an mp3 file to be played by a specific sound card, which is not the default sound card.

would be great if anyone could tell me by which applications and how that can be achieved from the command line?

    Install mpg123 from Packman, then:

    mpg123 -a output_device song.mp3
