    Default Need to install debian configured files into suse 11

    I need to install this package in git to suse 11. The instructions for debian linux. I am curisous to see if this could be applied to Suse and how?


    • git clone https://github.com/jeroenooms/opencpu-deb
    • cd opencpu-deb/
    • debuild -us -uc
    • cd ..
    • dpkg -i opencpu-lib*.deb
    • dpkg -i opencpu-server*.deb

    You're probably best just to compile it from

    https://github.com/jeroenooms/opencpu

    and build an RPM package if desired.

    Just install dpkg http://software.opensuse.org/search?...penSUSE%3A13.1
    and alien http://software.opensuse.org/package/alien if you want to convert formats in openSUSE but check whether these are available for SUSE 11
