You can convert them with alien, but .deb files are a package format that
is not rpm, and openSUSE uses rpm packages.

What is it that you're trying to install? Have a look at
software.opensuse.org and see if it's there in an rpm form.

From the site that it looks like you're trying to download from (which I
hope you'll mention in the thread rather than via PM), there's a download
specifically for openSUSE. Use that one.

The "rpm" command is what you need in order to install this package.
zypper will also work (and will attempt to pull in dependencies that this
    package needs).

    See http://activedoc.opensuse.org/book/o...-up/chapter-9-
managing-software-with-command-line-tools for information about how to do
    this.

when i search in Software.opensuse.org it said :
No packages found matching your search.
You could try to extend your search to development packages or search for another base distribution (currently openSUSE:13.1).

anyother way for download it ?

You need to say what it is that you're looking to install and which
version of openSUSE you have - at a minimum.

People here aren't mind readers - we only know what you tell us.

Don't make people guess to help you - state specifically and clearly what
it is you are trying to install and accomplish. The someone will be able
    to help you.

You might also want to read this:

for advice on how to ask questions in a way that helps people help you.
