It's already compiled in the kde extra unstable repo:
    https://build.opensuse.org/package/s...kdeconnect-kde
So i think we just have to be patient.

    No. Why should it?

It's completely unrelated to KDE SC, that's why it is in KDE:Extra.
    It's from KDE-Playground actually, see also http://www.kde.org/community/whatisk...ompilation.php):
KDE-Playground: Similar in scope to KDE-Extragear, this pseudo-package contains mostly pre-release and unstable software not part of the main software release. It is a place for applications to mature before being presented for public consumption, and should not be considered for regular users.
    Anyway, I created a 0.7 package now:
    http://download.opensuse.org/reposit...s:/KDE:/Extra/

Somebody please test this and report whether it works (I cannot do that myself as I don't have an Android device).

Unfortunately it doesn't build for 12.3, so I'm not sure whether it will be accepted in KDE:Extra then...
This might actually be the reason why it is not there yet. Well, maybe I am able to fix the build, but probably the KDE version is too old there as it builds fine for KDE_Current_openSUSE_12.3.

    what does not work :

    1. explore files with dolphin

we can't access to extcard : all my personnal data are in extcard : pictures , videos , documents , dcim etc. !

with the ftp server "primitive ftpd" in smartphone i have access to "device storage" and extcard
    2. sending file

    2.1 from pc

nothing happens when selecting "send files to smartphone"

    2.2 from samrtphone

some files contents are not complete for each type i tested : jpg , mp4 , epub

    this is not new

    3. i did not test

    - copy/past between pc and smartphone
    - notifications : my version 4.2.2 of android is not compliant

4 . there is 2 occurences of external module "copy/paste between device"
with each one a different icon

And what is the last kde telepathy version?

According to http://community.kde.org/KTp, the current version is 0.8.0, whereas KDE:Extra already has 0.8.1.
And looking into the git repo indicates that 0.8.1 is indeed the latest release.
It is the latest one available for download as well:
    http://download.kde.org/stable/kde-telepathy/

Btw, your link is about the work that has been done at the KDE Telepathy Sprint in April, it doesn't mention any new release.
