Thread: build QtWebKit on openSUSE

    Question build QtWebKit on openSUSE

    if there are someone build QtWebKit successfully, can you give me some trail to follow, there is a official guide

    but i can not grasp the process rightly, a labmates told me using the 'qt-everywhere-opensource-src-5.3.0.tar.gz' to build, and said the qtwebkit is included inside! but i still can not build it correctly, thank you for your help!

    Why do you want to build it yourself?
    It is included in openSUSE, as libQtWebKit4 for Qt4, and libQt5WebKit5 for Qt5.

    If you really want to compile it yourself, you could start by rebuilding the src rpm (or at least have a look at the build dependencies and the build instructions in the spec file).

    Qt 5.3 is available here: http://download.opensuse.org/reposit...openSUSE_13.1/

    The Qt4 version and 5.1.1 is in the standard 13.1 OSS repo.
    The sources are available in the source repo.
