Do you mean Firefox, or something else? “Mozilla” is a company name, not
a product.

Also, what version of openSUSE are you using?

Are you using “noscript” or otherwise blocking javascript?

Blocking javascript has a side effect of blocking flash.

Try going to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/ and see if it
detects the flash plugin. Also check about:addons > Plugins and make sure it
is enabled.

you could be 100% sure by checking in Yast

http://paste.opensuse.org/65058737

It’s not installed. WHat to do? :frowning:

the answer to that question is as simple as can be . . . . . install it.

Install it?

But you said it is installed in your original post. How did you actually install it then?

I go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ chose YUM for Linux and download it. Then install it, still it seem that it doesen’t install :frowning: what I doing wrong?

Install it in YaST.
Just click on the box next to the package name until it shows a green tick, then click “Accept”.

in openSUSE you install most software using the yast software manager.
Load up yast (same as you did before to check if it is installed), find flash-player (and either flash-player-kde or flash-player-gnome), select and install (select the check next to their name and click on accept).

I just press double click, enter password it take few seconds and say file was installed succesefully. Still it seem that it is not :frowning:

When I go to yast and enter “flash” in search nothing show

???

Again, you should not download anything from anywhere and double click on it.
Install it in YaST.

Enter YaST->Software Management, type “flash” into the search field, click on “Search” and then install the package “flash-player”.
Do NOT type “flash” into YaST Control Center’s “Search” field (I suppose that is what you did), click on “Software Management” and use the search field there.

If you cannot find flash-player, please show your repo list:

zypper lr -d

But it is in the standard repos.

After you installed it, did you restart your browser?
