    Right.

Yep. I need confirmation from the repo list before deciding next step -
and it is 3:21 AM here. I want to go to bed, but I'll wait some minutes
    for a reply.

Ok, I'm off. Please some one take over ;-)

What I expect: confirm from the repo list requested that only oss,
    non-oss, oss-updates, non-oss-updates are active, and _absolutely_
    nothing else.

    Then do:

    Code:
    zypper up
    zypper patch
    zypper dup

All of them. I'm undecided about the order, though.

    Then reboot and report back.

Check "rcrpmconfigcheck". I don't know if something needs be done or
    not. Difficult to explain.

Add multimedia following the multimedia guide.

    Should be all.

Then the OP needs saying what special applications he needs, and we
recommend where to install them from.

Please post the result of this:

    Code:
    zypper lr --details
And please do so inside code tags (the '#' button in the forum editor).
    See how

There is very likely some cleanup to be done, though.

So, do the cut and paste.

You will run the command in the terminal window.

Select it all, including the command you entered, with your mouse cursor.

Ctrl-Shft-C will copy it to your clipboard.

Return to the message editor here, and in the icons near the top, on the middle row to the right, click on the # button. Code tags will appear in your message with your cursor blinking between them. Just use Ctrl-V to paste directly from the clipboard.
